Annual fundraiser to present dynamic street programming for first time ever, in addition to its five stages of music — all to benefit Indianapolis nonprofit Second Helpings.
The Tonic Indy organizing committee announced a significant addition to its annual hunger-fighting fundraiser taking place on November 17 – a multimedia Prospect Street experience. For the first time in its 16-year history, Tonic Ball will not only close down the main Fountain Square thoroughfare; it will feature film, food, music and more. Some of the programming will even spill over to storefronts on adjacent streets.

- Special film screenings in partnership with Indy Film Fest
- Onsite food vendors including Turchetti’s, Sahm’s Ale House Monon, Sidekick’s Pizza, Pioneer and La Margarita
- Jam stage kicking off with Dave Lindquist’s special podcast, Dave’s Old Interview Tapes and featuring a range of local musicians
- Roving buskers and the always beloved Pork & Beans Brass Band
- Plus a “chill lounge” at Heartland Film Fest’s offices
A longtime staple on Indy’s fall must-do lists, Tonic Ball 16 celebrates the music of Wilco, Simon & Garfunkel, The Cure, James Brown & Dolly Parton at five Fountain Square venues – Radio Radio, The Fountain Theatre, White Rabbit Cabaret, The Hi-Fi and Pioneer. This year’s Tonic Ball is presented by Eskenazi Health.
